Paper Submission
Research papers of specialized subject areas of focus and scope using theoretical, quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods approaches are encouraged. Also the papers can be of Science, Technology, Engineering, Management, Healthcare and different areas of Humanities falling into the scope and aim of the Conference. We aim to publish quality research articles which create impact and ensure sustainability which in turn will create better future for the next generation.
Guidelines for authors
Font color: Send only soft copy to save time on type setting. The color of the font, lines and symbols should be black. Avoid the use of reversed type.
- Articles submitted should follow the format and standards set for paper submission and publication.
- Number of pages of the article should be limited to maximum of 6 pages. Additional pages will be charged extra per page.
- Contributions of original articles/papers on research and development, thesis, review articles, short articles, case reports, book review and professional achievements in all areas are encouraged.
Following are some guidelines for authors who wish to submit their article:
Articles:
- Articles sent for publishing should be the original work of the author.
- The article should adhere to the scope and focus.
Author Citation:
- Authors and co-authors should give full name, with their professional registrations or other designations abbreviated after each name along with high resolution recent passport size photograph.
- The author should give detail of organization for which he/she is working, mail Id and contact information.
- Main author must ensure all named co-authors have given their consent to publication of the article and duly signed the copyright form.
Manuscript:
- Author should use non-discriminatory language in the article. Sexist or racist terms should not be used.
- Manuscripts should be dealt with and processed with reasonable speed and efficiency.
- The article should have abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology or approach, findings or results and discussion, conclusions, acknowledgement, references and bibliography.
- Structure: The article should neither be too long nor too short. It should have sections and sub-sections titled appropriately to reflect the specific contents of each section. However, the authors should use their discretion to develop a structure for the paper that is most appropriate to clearly convey the information.
- Abstract: The article must have abstract of minimum 300 to 350 words that describes the problem or question addressed in the paper, the scope of the work and approach taken and the key conclusions or major findings.
- Keywords: The article should have minimum six to ten keywords.
- References: All references cited in the text must appear in the reference section in sequence.
- Acronyms: All acronyms used should be expanded.
- Figures, tables and notations: The preferred format for regular tables is Microsoft Word.
- Check that all figures, tables, and notations are present, and that they are cited/referred to in the text of the paper.
- If the article contains figures and tables, make sure that enlargement or reduction of any photos will be possible without loss of meaning and clarity.
- If the article contains figures and tables, which is not the author’s original work and which is taken from others work, then, make sure that the reference or source is mentioned or acknowledged.
- Graphs: All elements, including letters, numbers and symbols must be easily readable.
- Both axes of a graph must be labeled.
- Submit graphs, charts, complicated chemical or mathematical formulae, diagrams, tables and other drawings as finished products not requiring additional artwork or typesetting.
- Mathematical equations: Mathematical equations should preferably be typewritten, with subscripts and superscripts clearly shown.
- Symbols: Ensure all symbols are described in the text.
- SI system: For units and symbols, the SI system should be used.
- Spelling and grammar: Check spelling and grammar before sending. Please pay attention that the article follows either American or English spelling throughout.

Article Categories
All the articles which will be published may be in print, online, hybrid open access and full open-access Journals. Each article that is published adheres to a particular format. Articles considered for publishing/presentation may be of the following categories.
- Original/Research Articles: The Research/Original article Reports of data from original research.
- Reviews: Comprehensive, authoritative descriptions of any subject within the scope of the journal. These articles are usually written by experts in the field who have been invited by the Editorial Board.
- Case reports: Reports of clinical cases that can be educational, describe a diagnostic or therapeutic dilemma, suggest an association or present an important adverse reaction. Authors should clearly describe the clinical relevance or implications of the case. All case report articles should indicate that informed consent to publish the information has been granted from the patients or their guardians.
- Commentaries: Short, focused, opinion articles on any subject within the scope of the journal. These articles are usually related to contemporary issues, such as recent research findings, and are often written by opinion leaders.
- Methodology articles: Present a new experimental method, test or procedure. The method described may be new, or may offer a better version of an existing method.
- Letter to the Editor: These can come in one of three patterns: a thorough re-examination of a previously published work, a thorough rejoinder from the authors of the original publication, or an essay that might not cover “standard research” but might still be of interest to readers.
Guidelines – Oral Presentation
- Paper must be presented by one of the author or co-authors.
- Duration of a presentation is 15 minutes including questions and discussion.
- Authors can bring their presentation in a pen drive or laptop.
- Laptop and Desktop will be made available at the venue for the presentation.
- Please take assistance of volunteers available at the venue.

Guidelines – Poster Presentation
- Authors must provide the poster either in color or black & white.
- Size of the poster is 36 inches wide by 48 inches high (3 ft. x 4 ft.).
- Posters will be on display in the conference room.
- Poster must be set up at the slot designated before the commencement of the ceremony.
- Poster must be removed at the end of the ceremony.
- Author or co-authors must be available for discussions or queries.

Guidelines – Virtual Presentation
Our team is dedicated to a seamless proceedings and creating hassle free environment. So that the subject expert presenting the papers can focus on their expertise/subject matter. We have a strong backend team to work constantly with presenter to achieve this.Author presenting paper has to follow the following guidelines:
- Paper presenter is required to submit the Abstract/Full Paper at least one month before the date of the conference.
- Paper will undergo a multiple blind peer reviewing process for the abstract acceptance.
- Confirmation to the conference will be given only if the paper is fulfilling the entire required prerequisites.
- Organizing committee conducts a test run in close proximity to the conference.
- After the brainstorming session, the participants will be given guidelines on the best ways/practices to present their paper.
- The participants will be given Certificate of Presentation and Proceedings (a soft copy) after the conference conclusion.
- For virtual presentation the author must have :
- Disturbance free environment
- Laptop with headset and desktop with webcam and microphone/headset with updated Chrome Browser.
- Virus protections of laptop/ desktop are needed to be paused/disabled before the start.

Publication Ethics
Scienxt team believes that, it is important to set guidelines for moral principles for smooth running of journals. It creates awareness and understanding of the boundaries in scientific research and publishing to all the members associated.
Breach of moral conduct may happen unknowingly or knowingly. We feel that, it is our responsibility as a publisher to create awareness of the moral code of conduct in research publishing to academicians and researchers and uphold the integrity of work we publish.
Scienxt team comprises an independent panel of experts to monitor research and publishing ethics and keep a check on these issues using various tools.
Some of the issues which come under the category of misconduct and breaches are listed below:
Copyright: Manuscript submitted should be free from disputes and obligation and should not violate any copyright or ownership issue.
Authorship: The primary authorship is awarded to the researcher who is primarily originator of the idea of the research. Names of all the fellow researchers who have contributed in the research work and manuscript should be acknowledged as authors. There should be no deliberate misrepresentation of an author’s relationship with the manuscript.
Affiliation: Manuscript should include full affiliation of the institution and the authorship is a joint decision of all the authors and some co-authors who have contributed to a part of the article are also entitled for the full authorship of the article.
Fraud: Concoction or making up or manipulating research data, images, tables and other content of the manuscript is considered as research fraud. Although it is difficult to detect such frauds, a reviewer or an editor who are subject exerts and handling certain subjects for long time can report to Scienxt team.
Plagiarism: Plagiarism is one of the common breaches of conduct in manuscripts. A researcher may use others research work or manuscript or idea as your own.
Non-disclosure: The editor and reviewers are aware of their duties and responsibilities. But sometimes they may not disclose to Scienxt team that they have a direct or indirect conflict which prevents from being impartial.
Multiple submission: Researchers submit their manuscript to more than one publisher simultaneously.
Trimming: Dividing a substantially large research paper of others research work into several different papers is called trimming.
Confidentiality: Review of manuscript should be kept confidential and not discussed with a third party.

Paper publishing:
- Papers should be submitted on or before due date of submission or registration. SFCE never publishes unregistered papers.
- Organizing Committee will reject the papers submitted after the last date of registration.
- Authors and Co-authors must inform their respective Dept. Head/Principal/Guide about the paper submission of papers in to SFCE International Conferences.
- Accepted papers for conference will be reviewed SFCE review experts.
- Any modification in the papers submitted is possible only by written permission of all authors and co authors.
- The paper will be suspended from the publication immediately if any complaint of originality is received and it is found to be true and it is never considered for re-publication
- SFCE does not take responsibility for obtaining any kind of Visa or any issues related to travel for international participants.
- No refunds made for cancelation after the registration.

Attending Conferences:
- A letter of participation is issued only to the participants who are registered by paying registration fees.
- Only registered participants will be intimated if there is any change venue and time.
- Participants must follow the official Conference page regularly for getting the latest information.
- The participants with original ID card only will be allowed inside the venue.
- Participants reaching the venue, after the reporting time will not be considered for the presentation and not allowed to participate in the conference.
- SFCE reserves all rights reserved to publish the conference images at any platform at any time. If any of the participant any reservation regarding should intimate the organizing committee during registration in written.
- SFCE will be not responsible for any refund of the ticket or any kind of loss to the participants if the conference gets cancel or re-scheduled to other place or date. However, the registration amount will be refunded.

Publication in Journals:
- SFCE reserves all the rights to publish selected papers from the conference in the national or international Journals.
- SFCE can submit the paper to any International Journals indexed in Scopus or SCI or web of Science or any such journals on the written request by the author.
- In such cases, the author will have to bear entire publication cost and follow the guidelines set by the journals.
- Time taken for review and publication process of such journals may take 3 to 12 months.
- Payment made for the purpose of attending the conferences will not be refunded if the registered paper is not selected for any Indexed journal or if the author doesn’t want to publish in any associate International Journal after the conference.
- Authors need to pay required charges to get the Journal hard copy of their article published.
- The Editorial board has all the rights to reject any paper to publish in International Journal after the reviews. If the paper gets rejected then no registration fee will be refunded paid for conference registration fees.
